Hangadhi is a "wild" coffee with intense fruit and rustic sweetness. The dry fragrance leads with a dehydrated berry smell. Wet aroma emits scents of fig bar and rustic blueberry compote. As the coffee cools it finishes with ripe blueberry, tropical fruit and cocoa. During our cupping, we also experienced a star jasmine flower fragrance often found in southern Ethiopian coffees.
