This coffee comes from the village of Yabitu Koba. It is grown at high altitude which contributes to bean density, a characteristic of beans that roast with sweetness and acidity. This Guji coffee is complex in the cup with delicate floral hints, spiced tea notes and a vibrant, aromatic citrus taste. It is a wonderful selection for Ethiopia single origin fans.
