This highly-rated wet process lot from Shantawene scores at the top-end for sweetness and flavor. Honey sweetness resonates in aroma and in the cup. A vibrant citrus, tangerine comes to mind, adds to the sweetness to make this coffee truly memorable. As it cools in the cup, jasmine hints appear while sweetness and citrus remain as the stars. We highly recommend this Ethiopian coffee. It is a sweet flavor bomb experience!
