El Jaguar beans come from a group of small producers in the town of Siltepec in central Chiapas. This strictly high grown coffee was produced under traditional farming methods, shade grown coffee, craft de-pulped, fermented, washed and sun dried. It all adds up to comfort in a cup, a daily drinker for sure.
