This Kenyan coffee comes from a regional cooperative located in the Nyeri region. We love coffees from Kenya. We've roasted this one two different ways. At medium light, this peaberry lot of Kamoini shows juicy body (pineapple), with raw sweetness, and baking spices (hints of clove and nutmeg), resembling the flavor of pineapple upside down cake. Roasted for espresso, at medium dark, the Kamoini pairs flavors of rich chocolate with berry jam.
