This unique coffee comes from the Huye Mountain in the Huye District in Southern Rwanda. Small farms grow this coffee above 1,900 meters. Huye Mountain uses a natural process that involves meticulous cherry selection and hand sorting. Drying is done on African beds between 14 and 28 days, depending on the weather. These amazing beans and the drying process yields coffee that is sweet and fruit forward.
