Decaf almost always has that specific decaf smell and flat taste to it. But not so fast, this decaf is different. Our Huila EA Decaf was decaffeinated in Colombia using ethyl acetate, an organic compound derived from sugar cane, to remove 97% of the caffeine from coffee beans. The profile is highlighted by raw sugar sweetness, and hints of fruit that bring out a pleasantly moderate level of acidity. Fruit notes come into play with a hint at green apple that has a tangy aspect, and spice accent of pear baked with cinnamon.

This decaf has so much flavor and it's nice and bold. A good decaf is hard to find, but this is Amazing!

I love a warm cup of coffee in the evening, but can't do caffeine at night. This decaf is roasted to perfection and absolutely delicious!
