Gitesi produces some of the best quality we have sourced out of Rwanda. We are impressed with the berry character in the cup and a fairly bright acidity in this dry process coffee. Pay attention to the various aromatic changes with the coffee; from fresh ground, when brewing and in the cup. Its complexity stands out, and is a treat to be enjoyed during all phases of the coffee brewing process.

The roast on these beans is just right for bringing out the chocolate and vanilla. It's joined by a citris and floral flavor that give the chocolate a nice pedestal to stand on.
