El Salvador Colomba Peaberry
Peaberry coffees are rare because they are a natural mutation of the coffee bean. Normally, there are two beans together like a peanut in a coffee cherry, but peaberry coffee has just one bean in each cherry. This coffee is tasty at all roast levels. We prefer medium light roast for brewed coffee and medium dark for flavorful single origin espresso shots.
