This coffee medium-bodied from Guatemala is beautifully balanced. Cubulco, where smallholders on the steep, nutrient-rich slopes of the Chuacus mountains produce coffees with distinctively floral aromas, full bodies and bright acidity. We are roasting this coffee to medium to highlight its chocolate and orange zest characteristics.
